Shipping Policy

All orders from within the U.S. using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. While shipping addresses should be confirmed before production, sellers can submit a support ticket to request updates once production has begun. Gunderson Welding Company does not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses. 

Why international shipping isn’t supported yet:

  • Quality control during transit

  • Long, unpredictable shipping times

  • Customs and duty complications for customers

Can I change the shipping address after production starts?
⚠️ Possibly. Address changes are only guaranteed before production begins, but you can to email support to see if it’s still possible once production has started.

 

What happens if I enter a PO Box address?
❌ Gunderson Welding Company cannot ship to PO Boxes. You’ll need to update to a valid street address before production.

 

📦 What is the standard production and shipping time?
Production: Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days
Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days after production

⏱️ Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and delivery location.
⚠️ During peak seasons, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.
